< Introducing our newest beer, Hip Hops Stout™

This opaque, rich and endlessly complex stout is top-fermented and brewed with four malt varieties and large amounts of roasted and flaked barley. It has an initial malt and light caramel flavor profile with a distinct and assertive roasted, dry, coffee-like finish. It is full-bodied, with a rich, creamy head and elegant lacing. It is unfiltered, unpasteurized and bottle conditioned -- we hope that you enjoy beer in the freshest state possible.

This full-bodied, yeasty South German-style Hefeweizen is brewed with rather equal portions of 2-row malted barley and malted wheat.  It is decidedly fruity with a very clove- and nutmeg- like phenolic character with significant banana-like esters.  It is cloudy owing to the present yeast and is highly carbonated.  It is unfiltered, unpasteurized and bottle conditioned -- we hope that you enjoy beer in the freshest state possible.
