A massive Rye Ale aged in Bourbon barrels for a spicy and complex beer that will reverberate in your mouth.

Reverb refers to a device used to create an echo in music.  We like to think of the bourbon barrels as our reverb, allowing our Rye Fidelity to resonate with hints of vanilla, rye and bourbon.  This amazingly complex Rye is sure to get a call for an encore.

Red Wine Barrel Aged White IPA with an explosive Dry Hop. We figured we’d kick off our Bronx Barrel Reserve series with a bang, by short aging our White IPA in red wine barrels. The mix of different wine varietals lends notes of strawberries, raspberries, and plums to our already massively juicy Boom Boom White IPA. While resting in these wine barrels we add a dry hop of Pacific Gem and Citra to help set this beer off like fireworks on the Fourth of July.

Uptown Coffee Stout

A rich, full bodied stout that delivers a dark roasted and chocolate taste that would make any coffee drinker smile. Heaps of small-batch roasted Brazilian coffee from Uptown Coffee Roasters lead the charge in this rich, creamy coffee milk stout. The milk sugar we add gives it plenty of sweetness but it’s balanced by floral, earthy and mildly bitter Willamette hops so you won’t have too much sugar in your coffee. Winter Pale Ale

An amber colored pale ale brewed with cinnamon, molasses, cloves & ginger that delivers a delightful winter spiced flavor.

Our brewmaster is mildly obsessed with ginger snap cookies this time of year so we decided to brew this spiced pale ale to celebrate his addiction. A blend of malts create honey, biscuit and dark caramel flavors which are gently balanced out by woody, minty hop bitterness and aroma. We introduced whole ginger, molasses, hand-picked cloves and cinnamon to this brew to create the ideal pale ale to enjoy during the winter holiday season.

Spring Pale Ale

Spring Pale Ale

A blend of black and chamomile teas brewed to perfect balance with 2 row barley malts and a refreshing lemongrass and pine hop bitterness.

Chamomile tea has long been used for its calming effects since Ancient times but we can’t help to get overly excited about this tea infused pale ale. Earthy black teas from India and Indonesia join the sweetness of Chamomile to complement English malts and lemon citrus New Zealand hops to make this crisp, spring inspired pale ale. We suggest keeping your pinky down when drinking this brew.
