What is Cam having for breakfast today?
ANSWER: Oatmeal that he hand-cut himself, with steel that he recovered from the wreckage of the USS Lusitania.

Where is employee’s favorite spot in The Bronx?
ANSWER: The Bronx zoo to take picutres of the animals with his antique vintage camera he got at a thrift store that only uses the rarest of film.

What is Cam listening to right now?
ANSWER: Gary Clark Jr.’s entire discography on repeat.

How would you describe Cam’s wardrobe?
ANSWER: He wears a grand total of 5 t-shirts that he’s had since he was 12. And a pair of pants with several holes in it. We think he needs new pants.

If they were on a desert island and could only bring one of our beers, which would it be and why?
ANSWER: Session IPA, because Cam wouldn’t be very successful at returning on a beer over 6% ABV.

If they were a new addition to the crayon box what would they be?
ANSWER: Taupe.

If Cam quits tomorrow, what are they doing?
ANSWER: Move to the mountains with everything he could carry on his back, and forage for food as a hunter-gatherer.

What would you find in their refrigerator right now?
ANSWER: Organic vegetables that he foraged in the city.

What was your first impression of Cam?
ANSWER: The Professor, Mr. Know it All

1 AM, a few Belgian Pale Ales deep, Wendy’s, Burger King, McDonalds, or Taco Bell?
ANSWER: He would ask the cooks at McDonald’s to fry up a grass fed burger that he hand ground and brought in himself.

How fast can they clean a mash tun?
ANSWER: He spends an eternity in the mash tun, and we have no idea what he’s doing in there. He just has to get in there and get his hands dirty so he can feel closer to the beer. We think it’s a spiritual experience for him.

How does he make stuff happen?
ANSWER: Bringing his encyclopedic knowledge of the scientific aspects of brewing to the brewery every single day.
