Boom Boom White IPA

Floral. Tropical. Explosive.

Exploding with a heavy hop aroma & a slightly tart, lightly toasted finish, Boom Boom's late hop additions and dry hopping in the brewing process give this IPA its big hop nose without an overwhelmingly bitter taste.

Grain: Briess 2-Row Brewers Malt, Briess White Wheat Malt, Weyermann Acidulated Malt
Hops: Pacific Gem, Calypso, Bravo

World Gone Rosé

Rosé sunsets are on the horizon.

A riff on our popular, juicy, hazy IPA - World Gone Hazy, we've added big hits of hibiscus and dragon fruit to make this brew even more citrusy and give it a gorgeous, glowing hazy pink hue.

A mild Pilsen and white wheat base allow Sultana hops to create more fruit-forward notes with a bright burst of citrus.

Grain Bill: Briess Pilsen, White Wheat, Raw White Wheat, Red Wheat, Flaked Oats
Hop Bill: Azacca, Comet, Nugget, Samba, Idaho 7, Northern Brewer
What Else?: Hibiscus, Dragon Fruit

The intense summer heat in the concrete jungle is like no other. And finding the perfect cold beverage is a rite of passage for New Yorkers when the city starts to simmer. With Bronx Summer, we hope to make it that much easier. We brew it with citrusy hops and lemon peel making it a refreshing remedy for keeping cool when the city starts to sweat.

Hop Bill: Delta, Exp. 04190
Grain Bill: Munton’s Extra Pale, Briess Ashburne Mild

Das Bronx Octoberfest

Prost to a crisp, clean classic.

Our biscuity, toasty, smooth, and savory Oktoberfest style, Das Bronx is closer to the amber-toned Märzen, made with a combination of Munich and pale malts. Generally in the US, an Oktoberfest-style lager is almost always considered to be a Märzen.

We’ve used traditional grains and hops in this recipe to keep it as close to the classic style as possible, with a little upfront sweetness from caramel malts and breadiness from Vienna malt, Das Bronx is mellowed out by some roasted malt flavor and finished clean with some herbal hops.

Malt: Pilsner, Munich Malt Type 1, Vienna, Munich Malt Type 2
Hops: German Northern Brewer, German Tetnanger

The toughest in the patch.

It's got the same, classic recipe as previous years featuring lots of pumpkins plus sweet chocolate and caramel malts all balanced by earthy, piney hops. The sweet malts also balance out the big spice flavors of added Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Clove, Allspice, and Vanilla. The IPA style is unique for a Pumpkin beer, but the bitterness is low so the hops don't overwhelm the pumpkin and spice flavors.

With its move to seasonal, we also decided to carve a new Jack-o-lantern for the label. So we enlisted the skills of Mike 'Prospect' Reda, a tattoo artist at Bronx-based Tattoo Seen, who brought us a menacing one-eyed Jack-O-Lantern staring out from the can in a traditional tattoo style.

Hop Bill: Chinook, Crystal, Delta, Sultana - earthy, pine-y, slightly fruity
Malt Bill: Pilsner, 2-Row, Carapils, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Caramel (120), Victory, Chocolate
What Else? Pumpkin, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Clove, Allspice, Vanilla

The only Frostbite you're gonna want to have!

A malty Pale Ale with subtle sweetness and a crisp dry finish reminiscent of the Holiday Season! Notes of Caramel, Fresh Roasted Coffee, and prominent pine character with a whisper of grapefruit make Frostbite a strong seasonal offering for those who prefer a slight change in seasonal variance as we head into the colder months.

Malt: 2-Row, Crystal, Carapils Copper, BlackPrinz
Hops: Cascade

Holiday spice and everything nice!

We’ve cut chunks of Amburana Wood - also known as Brazilian Oak - soaked them in rum and steeped them in the brew during conditioning, bringing flavors of vanilla and cinnamon without actually adding any spices. This toasty Copper Ale gets its color from a blend of Copper Carapils and Midnight Wheat malts that also lend themselves to a slightly sweet, roasted flavor. And the combination of spice-forward Tettnanger and Sterling hops also help to bring forward the natural spiciness of the Amburana.

Grain bill: Copper Carapils, Midnight Wheat, Extra Pale
Hops: Sterling, Tettnanger, Hersbrucker
What else?: Amburana Wood

Our mezcal margarita-inspired collab with Ilegal Mezcal.

We dipped our toes into the hard seltzer waters with a slightly softer approach featuring flavors of pomegranate and spruce tip. But for Side Hustle Hard Seltzer Round 2 we’ve decided to kick it up more than a few notches.

We’ve teamed up with Ilegal Mezcal to create a hard seltzer with grapefruit, lime, and flavored with Ilegal Mezcal oak staves.

Bravo, Cascade, Zythos, and UK Pioneer hops alongside big hits of grapefruit and lime puree also help to bring forward the dry citrus-y flavors.
