When is this shipped each month?

We'll ship these out on the first Wednesday of every month, so you have it in time for Friday. If you'd rather pick up your subscription at the brewery, no problem! We'll have it ready for you at 856 East 136th the minute we open on the first Thursday of every month.

When am I billed?

You'll be billed for your first order, with renewals on the 15th of every month. As long as your membership is active as of the 15th of each month, you'll receive your next subscription box, with your next new release!

We need a couple weeks to make sure we have enough of the Up and Comer in our brew schedule, so that you're getting the freshest possible supply.

If I need to cancel, when would I need to do that?

We hope you don't have to, but if you do, cancel by 11:59 pm ET on the 14th of each month.  (11:59:59 if you need an extra 59 seconds)

How do the renewals work?

Both monthly subscriptions will automatically renew month-to-month. As long as your subscription is active on the 15th, we'll get your box to you right on time

What if I'm not home?

You'll get a tracking number the moment your subscription box is picked up, fresh from the brewery. We ship statewide with UPS, so if you sign up for MyChoice, you can also get texts from UPS to help coordinate day-of deliveries. Sign up here >>
